For compute companies

Power‑ready sites.

One block of power at one site: a host who wants you there, a service with room to spare, and no interconnection queue. 1 to 20 MW, nationwide.

The squeeze

3–10 MW is the hardest size to find.

Big campuses lease most of their space before it opens. What’s left for mid-size buyers is often split up, late or spoken for.

8.3%

Rise in asking rates for 3–10 MW deployments in the first half of 2026, faster than any other size range.

What you get

Powered sites in months, not queue years.

Behind an existing meter

No new utility interconnection when the service already has room.

One contiguous block

Many sites

A pipeline of qualified sites near users and fiber.

Flex-friendly

Workloads that can pause a few hours a year place fastest.

Side by side

Curtailment

Built around the host’s load.

Every site comes with the host’s load profile. The node runs at full power most of the day and ramps down only when the host needs the room.

Compute FAQ

What do I get from Annex Power?

A qualified site: a willing host, verified headroom on an existing service, utility and tariff data, pad and fiber options, and pre-screened lease terms. You decide which sites to advance.

How fast can a site be energized?

It depends on the site, but skipping a new interconnection usually means months, not years. Equipment lead times and permits set most of the schedule.

How does curtailment work?

Each site comes with the host’s load profile, so you know when the node may need to ramp down. Workloads that can flex a few hours a year fit best.

Can I bring my own equipment?

Yes. You choose the containers, compute, cooling and UPS. We match sites to your design envelope: MW range, resilience, fiber and security needs.

Where do you work?

Nationwide, on investor-owned utility, co-op and municipal systems. We spread sites across different utilities and weather zones.

Tell us the MW, timing and regions you need.

We’ll come back with sites that fit your envelope.
